Baby Sun Rose (California Rose)
Baby sun rose is perfection as a plant to cascade down a wall, in a hanging basket or in a large container surrounding a taller center plant. This plant is terrific as bed filler or as a border plant. This groundcover succulent are heat tolerant and can take the full sun but will rot out if in to much shade or areas that hold water during rainy sections. This variagated foliage pops when there is a dark brown mulch and/or green plants behind them.
This is one groundcover that stays very flat and grows at a slow to moderate pace.
These plants prefer full sun and flower on and off all year, more during warm months.
Both drought tolerant and salt tolerant, these make excellent beachside plantings.
Place these plants about 2 or 3 feet apart.
